The main aim of the present study is to examine the effect of intellectual capital disclosure quality on capital cost of companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange. Statistical population of the present study is consisted of companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange during the time frame of 2008 to 2015 and sample volume is considered equal to 140 companies by using screening method. in this study, hybrid data is utilized. intellectual capital disclosure quality (disclosure of structural capital, disclosure of human capital and disclosure of relational capital) were considered as independent variables as well, in order to study their effect on capital cost of companies. In this study, in which panel data was used, results obtained firm data analysis by using multiple-variable regression at 95% confidence indicated that intellectual capital disclosure quality (mental capital disclosure, human capital disclosure and relationships capital disclosure) have a negative (reverse) effect on capital cost.

Today's knowledge-based economy represents a great change and shift from financial resources to knowledge. Although the role of physical and financial assets in order to achieve the organization's objectives can not be denied, but what is important is that today's science, technology, good customer relations, information systems,... those constitute organization’s Intellectual Capital, are known as key success factors in information era. It’s believed that intellectual capital, including human capital and structural capital, has important and growing role in firm’s performance and affects on it’s financial achievements. This study examined the interactive effects of intellectual capital and its components on the value of the investment efficiency of listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange. To do so, The information of 105 companies during 1388 to 1393 were selected from companies listed on the stock exchange. The results of the study indicate a significant and positive relationship between Interactive effects of the coefficient value added and intellectual capital and its components including efficiency of communicational and structural capital and investment efficiency on the value of the company.

Company valuation methods have been improved by the knowledge-based economy. Significant gap between corporate market value and accounting book value had led to numerous researches in "unexplained value" or "hidden reserve".Even though there are few surveys on intangible assets in Iran, Empirical studies in advanced marketsdemonstrate the importance of these assets. This study aims to examine the relationship betweenintangible assets and corporate market value oflisted companies in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE). For this purpose, the sample including 1468 observations (Year- Company) of listed companies in TSE over 2006 to 2011 has been collected and hypothesizes were tested using "Landsman's balance sheet identity model". According to the findings, intangible assets are correlated with corporate market value. In addition, upward trend in recognizing the value of intangible assets has been seen. It is notable that, tangible assets have a dominant role in valuating listed companies in TSE with descending trend in explaining corporate market value.

A great change and shift from financial resources to knowledge is being experienced nowadays. Physical and financial assets are essential but not enough to reach organizational goals, instead, knowledge, technological settings, good customer relations, information systems,... those constitute organization’s Intellectual Capital, are known as key success factors in information era. It’s believed that intellectual capital, including human capital and structural capital, has important and growing role in firm’s performance and affects on it’s financial achievements. This paper examines the effect of intellectual capital and it’s components on firm’s financial performance. The essential data are taken from 1383 -1388 fiscal years’ annual reports of publicly traded firms listed on the Tehran stock exchange and 816 firm-years are studied. Results of hypotheses testing show that, VAIC has positive effect on the four financial performance indicators. Between VAIC components, capital employed efficiency has the most effect on firms’ financial performance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of intellectual capital components in determining the performance of listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange. Intellectual capital components include Human Capital, Relation Capital, Innovation and Procedure Capitals. Return on Equity (ROE) ratio of the companies was used as the surrogate for performance. The study sample consists of 56 companies during 2007-2011. Panel data method with fixed effects was applied to analyze of research data in EViews 6. The findings reveal that Research and Development Percentage (RDP) and how long companies have been registered in TSE organizations stable or OS and other variables, negatively and positively affected ROE. However, only OS variable is statistically significant in 95% certainty level.
