Using such models requires long and complex calculations, therefore, they seem to be difficult to implement in the first sight. One of  the objectives  of  the  present  study  is  to  see  whether  by  using  accrual accounting  reports,  in  the  present  situation  i n  Iran,  is  i t  possible  to value business  entities  and  their  share  values. To  support  the  EVA  and  FCF models empirically, we  need  to  study  the relationship  between  the value creation  measures (internal  measures of operation evaluation ) and  values  the judgment of financial  markets (external  measures  of   operation evaluation ) . This research is in the field of accounting and financial management and its hypotheses are and in connection with the relationship between value creation measures, i.e. EVA and FCF measures, financial market measures such as, market value (MV) and market value added (MVA). The results of this study suggests that with some adjustments to accounts and  financial  reports we  are able to value  business  entities and their  shares  in  a  given  time  period,  and  report  the  gap  between  share values,  based  on  the  EVA  and  the  FCF models , and  market  values  of those shares. The specific results from testing the hypotheses in this study dictate that i n   most industries   there is a meaningful relationship between internal measures of creating value market measures of business entities under study.}, keywords = {Valuation of business entities,Economic Value Added,Free cash flows,Market values,Market Value Added,Share values}, title_fa = {ارتباط و همبستگی شاخص های داخلی ارزش آفرینی واحدهای تجاری با شاخص های خارجی ارزیابی عملکرد}, abstract_fa = {ارزشیابی اوراق بهادار با استفاده از مدل های ارزش افزوده اقتصادی و جریان های آزاد نقدی از شیوه های مطرح در کشورهای پیشرفته مبتنی بر نظام اقتصاد آزاد است. اجرای این مدل ها نیازمند فرآیند محاسباتی بالنسبه طولانی و پیچیده میباشد و به همین دلیل در نگرش اولیه اجرای این مدلها در عمل دشوار به نظر میرسد. یکی از اهداف پژوهش حاضر آن بوده است که آیا در چهارچوب متداول حسابداری تعهدی و گزارشگری مالی میتوانیم به ارزشیابی واحدهای تجاری و تعیین ارزش سهام بپردازیم یا اینکه در شرایط فعلی امکان اجراء این مدل ها در بازار سرمایه ایران نمیباشد. از طرف دیگر پشتیبانی از زمینه های اجرایی این مدل نیازمند تحقیقات تجربی در خصوص تشخیص ارتباط و همبستگی بین معیارهای ارزش آفرینی واحدهای تجاری (شاخص های داخلی ارزیابی عملکرد) با ارزشهای ناشی از قضاوت بازار سرمایه (شاخص های خارجی ارزیابی عملکرد) میباشد. در این مقاله که حاصل پژوهشش تجربی در حوزه حسابداری و مالی است، فرضیاتی در خصوص ارتباط بین معیارهای ارزش آفرینی شرکت ها یعنی شاخص های ناشی از EVA و FCF با معیارهای ناشی از قضاوت بازار سرمایه یعنی معیارهای ناشی از ارزش بازار شرکت ها (MA) ارزش افزوده بازار (MVA) مطرح میگردد و پس از محاسبه متغییرهای تحقیق با استفاده از روش های مناسب آماری به تحلیل یافته های تحقیق پرداخته میشود. نتیجه نهایی حاصل از تحقیق موید آن است که پس از پاره ای اصطلاحات در فرآیند گزارشگری مالی قادریم برمبنای اطلاعات موجود به ارزشیابی واحد های تجاری و تعیین ارزش سهم در مقطع زمانی خاصی بپردازیم. همچنین نتایج حاصل از آزمون آماری فرضیات تحقیق موید آن است که در عمده گروههای صنعت مورد مطالعه ارتباط و همبستگی بین شاخص های داخلی ارزش آفرینی و شاخص های ناشی از قضاوت بازار سرمایه برقرار است و ارزش های ناشی از قضاوت بازار بی ارتباط با معیارهای ارزش آفرینی واحدهای تجاری نیست.}, keywords_fa = {ارزشیابی واحدهای تجاری,ارزش افزوده اقتصادی,جریانهای آزاد اقتصادی,ارزش بازار,ارزش افزوده بازار,ارزشیابی سهام}, url = {https://qjma.atu.ac.ir/article_4069.html}, eprint = {https://qjma.atu.ac.ir/article_4069_a940ec8818fde3f48679cf7a54a35753.pdf} }
